I have over 21 years of experience as a home inspector and have conducted more than 4,200 inspections.
I'm a professional home inspector certified by The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
I'm certified by the Internatonal Code Council as a Residential Building Inspector. Code certification #51332975-B1 (formerly CABO).
I am a certified mold inspector. I have the equipment to conduct complete mold inspections and have established business relationships with 2 national labs for scientific analysis and remediation protocols.
I abide by The NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics in performing every inspection.
Whenever possible, I schedule no more than one inspection per day allowing me to spend as much time as necessary with my clients for them to be comfortable with their purchasing decision.
The inspection is not complete until my clients are 100% satisfied.
